Important facts about JBO-batching oil
Batching oil is the medium sprayed onto loose jute filaments before piling to soften them ahead of yarn manufacturing, and also adds cohesion to the yarn.
While cheaper mineral oil (JBO) is commonly used, Amatsunawa specification yarn is only batched using 100% cold-pressed Vitamin A/D fortified soybean oil.
