Additional Returns Policy
Product returns are guaranteed for a statutory 14–day period under German (EU) law providing the product has not been cut or used.
The stated lengths of our products are also guaranteed, and an additional minimum 5% extra is provided to account for minor flaws.
While we strive for perfection with the highest Quality Control, naturally, at the speed of manufacturing, we cannot see inside a spool of rope.
Should you encounter a significant length of flaws in our wholesale product, please inform us immediately.
